These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase of any service package listed on the Vocaturo Word Studio website ("the Service Page") and booked via Stripe. By completing a booking and payment through Stripe, and confirming agreement at checkout, you ("the Client") accept these Terms in full.
1. Scope of Services
Vocaturo Word Studio offers a range of fixed-scope packages relating to LinkedIn profile strategy, website homepage copywriting, and combined audit/rewrite services, as described on the Service Page at the time of booking. The exact deliverables, revision rounds, and inclusions for each package are as stated in that package's description on the Service Page at the time of purchase.
For projects outside the scope of the fixed packages (e.g. multi-page website copy or bespoke positioning or branding projects), pricing, payment terms, and scope are agreed individually and are not governed by these Terms unless expressly stated in the individual agreement.
2. Booking and Acceptance
2.1 A booking is confirmed once payment has been made in full via Stripe.
2.2 By completing payment, the Client confirms they have read and agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, as presented at Stripe checkout.
2.3 Within 24 hours of payment, the Client will receive their invoice and a link to book their included initial call.
2.4 If the Client does not book the initial call within 14 days of receiving the booking link, the booking is considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.
3. Initial Call and Project Timelines
3.1 All packages include an initial call with Vocaturo Word Studio.
3.2 Project timings and deadlines are agreed during the initial call and depend on the scope of the specific package and project.
3.3 The Client is responsible for providing any information, materials, or feedback needed in a timely manner. Delays caused by the Client in providing this may affect the agreed timeline.
4. Revisions
The number of included revision rounds is specified in the description of each individual package on the Service Page at the time of booking. Any revisions requested beyond the included rounds may incur an additional fee, to be agreed with the Client before the extra work begins.
5. Payment
5.1 Payment for all packages listed on the Service Page is due in full, upfront, at the time of booking via Stripe.
5.2 Prices are listed in DKK exclusive of VAT and are correct at the time of booking.
5.3 Bespoke or larger projects outside the fixed packages are quoted individually, and payment terms for these are agreed separately and may differ from the terms in this section.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 Before booking the initial call: If the Client does not book the initial call within 14 days of receiving the link, no refund will be issued (see Section 2.4).
6.2 After booking the call: If the Client cancels before the scheduled call takes place, a full refund will be issued.
6.3 No-shows: If the Client fails to attend the scheduled call without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
6.4 After the call, before work begins: If the Client wishes to cancel after the initial call has taken place but before any work has started, 80% of the fee will be refunded, reflecting the time already invested in the initial consultation and planning.
6.5 After work has begun: Once work on the project has started, the booking is non-refundable. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be delivered to the Client.
Applicability:
These Terms of Service apply to business clients (B2B) only. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven) does not apply to these agreements, as clients are acting within the course of their trade or profession.
7. Monthly Retainers and Subscription Cancellations
7.1 Where the Client has entered into an ongoing monthly retainer or subscription arrangement with Vocaturo Word Studio, payment is charged on a monthly basis in accordance with the agreed billing schedule.
7.2 The Client may cancel their monthly retainer at any time by providing notice by email to maria@vocaturowordstudio.com.
7.3 Cancellation will take effect at the end of the Client's current paid billing period. The Client will continue to have access to the agreed services for the remainder of that billing period.
7.4 Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable. For example, if a Client cancels shortly after a monthly payment has been processed, the cancellation will take effect at the end of that paid month, and no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the billing period.
7.5 No further monthly payments will be due after the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property and Portfolio Rights
7.1 Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered copy transfers to the Client for their use as intended.
7.2 Vocaturo Word Studio retains the right to display and reference completed work in her portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials, unless the Client specifically requests in writing that this not be done.
8. Confidentiality
8.1 Vocaturo Word Studio agrees to keep confidential any non-public business information shared by the Client for the purposes of delivering the service, and will not disclose it to third parties without the Client's consent, except where required by law.
8.2 The Client agrees to keep confidential any proprietary materials, frameworks, or working methods shared by Vocaturo Word Studio in the course of the engagement.
9. Liability
Vocaturo Word Studio's total liability to the Client in connection with any package, however arising, is capped at the amount paid by the Client for that specific package. Vocaturo Word Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, revenue, or opportunity.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Danish law, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
Vocaturo Word Studio may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of a Client's booking will apply to that booking.
